Stinson Beach Engagement Photos | Ali and Nick
I was so lucky to photograph Ali and Nick’s engagement session while I was in California! I happened to be staying with Ali’s parents in Stinson Beach on the weekend of their engagement party, so before the festivities we took a walk on the beach and had fun running in the sand. It was made even more special because Ali’s brother had made a series of painted sea creature wood cutouts and we used them in some of the photos!
I love being able to travel as a photographer and photograph sessions like this in locations I don’t have available as a Louisville area photographer!

Whitehall Garden Golden Hour | Kara and Matt

In May I was fortunate to photograph a very special couples and family session for Kara and Matt at Whitehall House and Gardens, which has a variety of garden settings from formal gardens to a more wild shade garden. We started with a couples session for Kara and Matt, and added in their kids for some really fun family photos romping around the gorgeous gardens! We were interrupted by one of the garden's resident cats who had no problem wandering in and out of our photos, causing much laughter in his wake. All in all, a perfect evening for a photo session.
