I have been a full-time photographer in business since 2017, with photography experience going all the way back to photo classes in high school. I have a fine art background (BFA 2013 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago), and my biggest influence is art history, specifically the art of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. I want my photographs to look like paintings that tell a story or the illustrations in old fairytale books.
I live with my husband and our three cats in NKY, where we’re always working on house and garden projects and cooking together. We also are big ol’ nerds, and we go to the Renaissance Festival every year (we even had a RenFaire-themed wedding).
I love photographing people in Louisville, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky, but one of my biggest passions is travel! You’ll notice some of my portfolio images feature work captured in Iceland, Italy, Oregon, NYC, and other places across the world. I am always down for destination photography, and my passport is up to date!

My favorite place, besides my library, is my garden. I am gradually reducing the amount of grass we have and replacing it with beautiful or edible plants and flowers. I love spending time outdoors for most of the year, creating pollinator-friendly cottage gardens, prioritizing growing food, and learning everything I can about plants!

Also travel and road trips, exploring new places, easy hikes, gardening, re-watching Gilmore Girls, reading, tacos… I could go on.
